1. Overview
At OneInbox, we provide a custom setup and configuration service. Because each order requires manual work, technical configuration, and personalized implementation, our refund policy differs from traditional software subscriptions.
2. Before Setup Begins
Customers may request a full refund if the setup process has not yet started and no configuration work has been performed.
3. After Setup Work Has Started
Once setup work has begun, refunds are generally not available because technical resources, configuration time, and implementation work have already been allocated to your order.
4. Completed Setups
Once the OneInbox setup has been successfully completed and delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for a refund.
5. Exceptions
We may issue a refund or partial refund at our sole discretion if:
- We are unable to complete the setup.
- The service cannot be delivered due to a technical limitation on our side.
- A duplicate payment was made.
- An accidental billing error occurred.
6. Domain Registration Fees
Any third-party domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been purchased and registered.
7. Customer Delays
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by missing information, lack of access, unavailable DNS credentials, domain ownership issues, or lack of customer response during onboarding.
8. Service Scope
Customers are responsible for reviewing the service description before purchase.
OneInbox is:
- Receiving and forwarding only
- Not Google Workspace
- Not business email hosting
- Not an email sending service
- Not SMTP infrastructure
Requests based on misunderstandings of the service scope are not eligible for refunds once implementation has started.
9. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact OneInbox support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
