Yes. OneInbox is specifically designed to receive OTPs, verification emails, account notifications, signup confirmations, and other incoming emails directly inside your existing Gmail inbox.
Can I send emails from my custom aliases? ↓
No. OneInbox is a receiving and forwarding solution only. Sending emails from aliases is not included. This helps keep the service simple, reliable, and affordable.
Do I need to share my Google/Gmail password? ↓
Absolutely not. We never request your Gmail passwords or access. You will verify and link your Gmail receiving inbox securely through a standard confirmation link sent automatically by your domain routing panel.
Can I use a domain I already own? ↓
Yes. If you already own a domain, select “I already own a domain” during checkout. During onboarding, we will ask for temporary DNS access or collaborator invite credentials to configure the MX and TXT routing rules for you.
