How OneInbox Works
Your step-by-step path to an unlimited, done-for-you receiving email setup.
OneInbox is a managed, done-for-you email routing setup service. We configure a custom forwarding structure that allows you to receive emails sent to any alias on your domain directly inside your existing Gmail account. No manual alias creation, no phone verification, and no extra inbox switching required.
The 6-Step Setup Pipeline

Step 4
Approve Gmail Forwarding
To comply with Google’s security standards, Gmail requires explicit verification. You will receive an automated verification email from Google in your destination Gmail inbox. You simply click the link inside that email to approve the forwarding relationship.
Estimated Time: 1–2 minutes (within 24–48 hours of order)
What you do: Click the verification link sent by Google.

We Run Delivery Tests
Once verification is approved, our system automatically runs test emails to multiple aliases (e.g., test@yourdomain.com, otp@yourdomain.com) to confirm that messages bypass spam filters, avoid loops, and land directly in your Gmail inbox.
Estimated Time: 1–2 hours
What we do: Route verification, email log checking, and loop prevention testing.

Step 6
Delivery Complete
We send you a “Setup Complete” email containing your custom configuration walkthrough, best practices for managing your inboxes, and technical instructions. Your OneInbox setup is now fully live!
Estimated Time: Handover is complete within 48 hours maximum.
Outcome: You can instantly receive emails at anything@yourdomain.com straight in your Gmail.

Important Things to Keep in Mind
- Receiving-Only Service: OneInbox is optimized for receiving incoming mail, OTPs, signup confirmations, and alerts. This setup does not support sending outbound emails from your aliases.
- No Gmail Password Required: We never ask for, access, or store your Gmail password or account login credentials.
- DNS Access: If you are using your own domain, we will need temporary access to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) or DNS zone manager (Cloudflare) to point the MX records. Once setup is complete, you can safely revoke this access or change your passwords.
