How do I access the Onboarding Questionnaire?
If you recently purchased OneInbox and need to submit your setup information, you should have been redirected to the onboarding page. If you missed it, please check your purchase confirmation email for your unique setup link. If you cannot find the link, contact us at support@tryoneinbox.com with your order number.
What do I do if I purchased a domain through OneInbox?
If you selected our “Fresh Domain Registration” add-on ($15) at checkout, you do not need to do anything! Our team registers, configures, and points the domain for you. You will only need to click the Gmail verification link once we trigger it.
How do I provide DNS collaborator access?
If you chose to use your own domain, we will need to adjust the MX records. The easiest way is to add us as a temporary collaborator. We support delegation for all major registrars:
- GoDaddy: Delegate Access -> Invite Access -> select “Manage Products” (we do not need billing access).
- Namecheap: Share Access -> Add Manager.
- Cloudflare: Members -> Invite -> select “DNS Administrator” role.
Specific instructions and invitation emails will be sent to you once your order is reviewed by our team.
Why am I not receiving forwarded emails?
If your setup was completed but forwarding is not working, check the following:
- Did you click the Google verification link? Forwarding cannot start until this is clicked.
- Are the MX records pointed correctly? If you recently made changes to your DNS, records can take up to 24 hours to propagate globally.
- Check your Gmail spam folder. Sometimes initial test emails are filtered by Google. Mark them as “Not Spam” to train your inbox.
