Acceptable Use Policy
Last Updated: June 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the rules, constraints, and prohibited behaviors governing the use of OneInbox setup configurations and email forwarding infrastructure. Our service is designed to support legitimate business, personal, and automation use. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward abuse, spam, and illegal activities.
1. Receiving-Only Infrastructure Constraint
OneInbox is built and optimized exclusively for receiving emails, OTPs, verification messages, and alerts. The technical setup we deploy does not support outbound sending from your aliases. Any attempts to alter the forwarding configuration to send mass outbound emails using our routed resources is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of routing services.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the OneInbox setup or forwarding pathways for, or in connection with, any of the following activities:
- Spam and Bulk Unsolicited Email: Setting up forwarding for domains associated with spamming, unsolicited commercial email, cold email campaigns, or scraping lists.
- Phishing and Deception: Creating aliases or using domains intended to impersonate banks, financial institutions, government agencies, brands, or other individuals for deceptive purposes.
- Malware and Exploitation: Routing emails containing malware, viruses, trojans, spyware, or links to malicious downloads.
- Illegal Goods and Activities: Using forwarding to facilitate transactions or communications related to illegal substances, weapons, child exploitation materials, or illegal gambling.
- System Abuse: Engaging in activities designed to degrade, overload, or compromise the stability of our routing nodes or Google’s receiving servers (such as creating intentional mail loops).
3. Monitoring and Compliance
While we respect customer privacy and do not read the contents of routed emails, we do monitor technical routing metadata (such as delivery volumes, error rates, bounce rates, and loop detections) to protect our infrastructure. If we receive abuse reports or detect traffic patterns that violate this policy, we reserve the right to suspend email routing immediately.
4. Suspension and Termination
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of all email forwarding configurations associated with your account. If your service is suspended or terminated due to abuse or AUP violations, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, and you will be barred from placing future orders.
5. Revisions
We may update this policy from time to time to address new threats, changing legal requirements, or infrastructure scale. Continued use of our forwarding configurations constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
