Service Delivery Policy
Last Updated: June 2026
Please read this Service Delivery Policy carefully to understand what is delivered, when it is delivered, and how we measure successful service delivery. By purchasing our service, you agree to the timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities detailed below.
1. Scope of Deliverables
OneInbox is a managed technical setup and configuration service. We do not sell ongoing software licenses or standalone software. Our deliverables consist of the manual configuration of email routing infrastructure for your specified domain, linking it to your destination Gmail inbox. Specifically, this includes:
- Configuration of domain Mail Exchanger (MX) records.
- Setting up catch-all forwarding rules linking your custom domain to your destination Gmail.
- Verifying and securing the email forwarding relationship with Google’s email verification protocol.
- Running initial delivery and loop prevention tests.
- Delivering a final configuration notification containing setup confirmation and walkthrough guidelines.
2. Delivery Timeline
Our standard service delivery timeline is 24 to 48 hours. This timeline begins only after the customer has completed and submitted the onboarding questionnaire. Delays in completing the onboarding questionnaire, providing required DNS details, or approving the Google verification email will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
3. Completion & Verification Criteria
The service is considered fully delivered and completed when any of the following occur:
- We send the final “Setup Complete” notification to your primary contact email address with verification guides.
- Our testing logs indicate that a test email routed through your custom domain (e.g., test@yourdomain.com) has successfully reached your destination Gmail inbox.
- 48 hours have elapsed since the successful technical configuration of the MX and routing records, provided we have requested the customer’s verification and received no notification of delivery failure.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Successful delivery of the OneInbox service requires cooperation from the customer. The customer is responsible for:
- Onboarding Details: Providing accurate and complete information in the onboarding questionnaire.
- DNS Access: Providing correct temporary credentials or delegating collaborator access to their domain registrar (or manually inputting the DNS records we provide within 24 hours of request).
- Gmail Verification: Clicking the verification link inside the automated email sent by Google to approve forwarding. We cannot complete the forwarding setup without this manual action.
- Maintaining Domain Ownership: Ensuring that the domain remains active, registered, and owned by the customer (unless registered through us).
If a customer fails to perform their responsibilities within 14 days of purchase, the order will be marked as “On-Hold” and technical resources will be unallocated. No refund will be issued for setup delays caused by customer inaction.
5. Post-Delivery Technical Support
Every OneInbox setup order includes 14 days of post-delivery assistance. This support covers troubleshooting of forwarding issues, verification checks, or assistance with standard configuration adjustments. Support is accessed by emailing support@tryoneinbox.com.
