By purchasing, accessing, or using OneInbox services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Service Description
OneInbox provides custom domain email receiving and forwarding setup services designed to route incoming emails, notifications, and verification messages to a customer’s existing Gmail inbox.
OneInbox is a setup and configuration service only.
3. What Is Included
- Domain email routing setup
- Catch-all email configuration
- Forwarding to your Gmail inbox
- DNS and routing configuration assistance
- Verification and testing support
4. What Is Not Included
- Email sending services
- Google Workspace accounts
- Business email hosting
- SMTP infrastructure
- Ongoing managed IT services
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate onboarding information
- Maintaining ownership of their domain
- Maintaining access to their Gmail account
- Providing required DNS access when necessary
- Complying with applicable laws and platform policies
6. Service Delivery
Most setups are completed within the timeframe communicated during onboarding. Delivery times may vary depending on domain registrar access, DNS propagation, customer responsiveness, and third-party platform delays.
7. Acceptable Use
Customers may not use OneInbox services for:
- Spam activities
- Fraudulent activities
- Illegal activities
- Malware distribution
- Phishing attempts
- Activities that violate third-party platform policies
8. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate services if a customer engages in unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
9. Limitation Of Liability
OneInbox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
10. Third-Party Services
Our service may depend on third-party providers including Cloudflare, Google Gmail, domain registrars, payment processors, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes affecting these services.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
